Sue for condom removal without consent
If enacted, this would let you sue in federal court if someone removes a condom, dental dam, or other barrier without your consent and sexual contact happens. You would need a link to interstate or foreign commerce. Examples include travel across state lines, payment, use of mail or online messages, the barrier shipped across states, conduct in U.S. special maritime or territorial areas, or other interstate effects. A court could award compensatory and punitive money damages, and could order injunctions or declaratory relief. The bill also defines what counts: non-consensual removal from a body part or object, and it covers condoms (including internal), dental dams, and similar barriers.
