Equal AI export rules to Israel for businesses

If enacted, the Commerce Department would add Israel to the country list in its AI export rule when it is finalized. Exports of covered AI-related items to Israel would follow the same license requirements and exceptions as other listed countries. This could reduce red tape for U.S. businesses selling those items to Israel by giving them equal treatment. It would not create new funding or programs.
