Became Law
Summary
Extends the Alaska Native Vietnam Era Veterans Land Allotment Program's duration from five years to ten years. The Alaska Native Vietnam Era Veterans Land Allotment Extension Act of 2025 replaces the phrase "5-year period" with "10-year period" in 43 U.S.C. 1629g-1(b)(3)(B). That change gives eligible Alaska Native Vietnam Era veterans more time to pursue land allotments under the program.
