To make technical amendments to title 49, United States Code, as necessary to improve the Code.

This bill would make targeted technical fixes across Title 49 of the U.S. Code to improve cross-references, definitions, and statutory citations. It restructures key definitions in chapter 224 to clarify how direct loans and loan guarantees are described, inserts and corrects cross-references such as adding the phrase "of this title," fixes terminology and hyphenation, and aligns citations to related public laws and the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act. The changes update bureau and grant-condition language and are editorial only; they do not create new programs, change eligibility, or alter funding levels.
