More skilled-trade career guidance for youth and job seekers
If enacted, states would need to run public awareness campaigns about career and technical education and community programs. Campaigns could use social media and public service announcements. Local workforce programs would also have to provide clear local job and wage information and offer career awareness, counseling, and exploration. The focus would be high-skill, high-wage, in-demand jobs, including skilled trades. This would start upon enactment and expands guidance only, not direct cash.
