No federal money for international reparations

If enacted, federal agencies would be barred from using federal money to pay reparations ordered by an international court or body. The ban would cover restitution, compensation, and satisfaction for violations of international law. Payments could still happen only if Congress passes a new law after enactment that approves them. This would take effect upon enactment and would not create any new funding or payment program.
