Summary

This bill would authorize the minting of up to 400,000 one-dollar silver coins to commemorate Charles James Kirk. The coins would be at least 90% silver, legal tender, and bear Kirk's portrait plus inscriptions including "well done, good and faithful servant" and the year 2026. They would be sold in proof and uncirculated versions at prices equal to face value plus production and related costs, issued only in 2026, and the Secretary must ensure minting causes no net cost to the government while selecting the design after consulting the President and the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee.
