Stops state bans on noncitizen home buying

If enacted, this bill would bar any State, the District of Columbia, or U.S. territory from banning or limiting someone from buying real property because they are not a U.S. citizen. The U.S. Attorney General would be able to enforce that rule. If a state or territory tried to enforce such a law against you, you could sue that government in federal court. A court could issue an injunction to stop enforcement. The rule would take effect upon enactment.
