More access to Puyallup trust funds

If enacted, the Puyallup Tribe would be able to withdraw money from its settlement trust fund. Withdrawals would be allowed only under the American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act of 1994 and under a management plan the Secretary approves. If enacted, the bill would also say nothing in the Act prevents the United States from engaging with the Tribe under future federal laws on the same basis as other federally recognized tribes.
