Summary

Extends the fee on new oil and gas drilling applications and dedicates those receipts to a BLM permit-processing fund through 2037. This law keeps the permit-processing fee in place past 2026 and requires that the annual fees collected for fiscal years 2027–2037 go to the BLM Permit Processing Improvement Fund.
