Introduced
Summary
This bill would nullify the September 19, 2025 "Restriction On Entry Of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers" proclamation and bar federal funds from being used to carry it out. That action would strip the proclamation of legal effect and prevent federal agencies from obligating or spending money to enforce those entry limits, directly affecting the nonimmigrant workers named in the proclamation and the employers who recruit them.
