End Temporary Protected Status for Immigrants
If enacted, this bill would repeal the law that allows Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Any TPS grant in effect on the date of enactment would end on that date. If you have TPS, you would need to leave the United States within 60 days after enactment and you would stop being lawfully present after those 60 days. The bill would not allow new TPS grants or create a transition process for people who lose TPS.
