National motto on federal buildings

This bill would require the General Services Administration to place the U.S. national motto on every federal public building. The motto referenced is the phrase described in federal law. The GSA would have to finish the displays within one year after enactment. The bill does not appropriate money or say who pays for installation or upkeep. This would change federal building signs but would not change your taxes or benefits.
