Easier NEXUS family applications and interviews
If enacted, CBP would link NEXUS applications for family members who live together within 180 days. One family member would be able to schedule interviews for all linked relatives. CBP would be allowed to offer a joint interview for linked family members. CBP would be allowed to skip interviews for linked children under 14. "Family members" would mean parents, legal guardians, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and siblings in the same home.
