Court review for Temporary Protected Status
If enacted, this bill would let you ask a federal court to review decisions about Temporary Protected Status (TPS). It would remove a statutory word courts used to decline review of TPS claims. It would not change who can get TPS. It would not add money, new benefits, or new programs. This would take effect upon enactment.
