National Service Animals Monument Location Act

Summary

Authorizes placing the National Service Animals Monument on the National Mall Reserve. This bill would override location limits in 40 U.S.C. 8908(c) and a provision of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 so the commemorative work cited in that act may be sited inside the Reserve defined in 40 U.S.C. 8902(a), and it does not create funding, design, construction, or management rules for the monument.
