Help for small businesses reshoring manufacturing
If enacted, the SBA would create a public webpage within 60 days to help small business concerns move manufacturing to the United States. The page would list general SBA and partner contact information and include a free tool to help businesses find firms that can assist with onshoring. The SBA’s Office of Manufacturing and Trade would update the page regularly and the Associate Administrator would seek the SBA Chief Counsel for Advocacy's input each year for four years. The SBA Administrator would report to Congress on the page’s effectiveness no later than two years after the page is set up, with annual updates until the Act ends four years after enactment.
