Restore VA home care rates
This bill would require the VA to restore reimbursement rates for Homemaker and Home Health Aide services to the levels in effect on December 31, 2025, starting on the date of enactment. The VA would not be allowed to reduce those rates below the December 31, 2025 levels unless the Secretary notifies Congress at least 90 days before a reduction takes effect. Providers of these services and veterans who receive them would be protected from immediate rate cuts under this rule.
