Sponsored By: Representative Balderson, Troy [R-OH-12]

Introduced

Summary

Honoring the sacrifice of six airmen from the 121st Air Refueling Wing and the 99th Air Refueling Squadron. This resolution would recognize their deaths in a March 12, 2026 KC-135 Stratotanker crash over western Iraq during Operation Epic Fury. It would name Maj. John A. Klinner, Maj. Ariana G. Savino, Capt. Seth R. Koval, Capt. Curtis J. Angst, Master Sgt. Tyler H. Simmons, and Tech. Sgt. Ashley B. Pruitt, note their ties to Rickenbacker Air Force Base in Columbus, Ohio and Sumpter Smith Joint National Guard Base in Birmingham, Alabama, pledge that their service not be forgotten, and offer the House's deepest condolences to their families.
