Expressing support for the designation of the week of October 24, 2026, to October 31, 2026, as "Bat Week".

Bat conservation: This resolution would designate a one-week 'Bat Week' to raise awareness and encourage events supporting bats and efforts against white-nose syndrome. It notes bats save U.S. agriculture more than $3.7 billion a year in pest control, that white-nose syndrome has killed millions and spread to 41 states and 12 bat species, and that federal and multinational monitoring programs have pooled nearly 94 million bat records to guide responses.
