Sponsored By: Representative Connolly, Gerald E. [D-VA-11]

In Committee

Summary

Demand for complete, unredacted federal records about Elon Musk's government ties. This resolution would ask the President to transmit, within 14 days, any document, record, report, memorandum, correspondence, or other communication that refers or relates to Elon Musk and his involvement with the federal government. It seeks four categories of materials: records about his official or unofficial roles; documents about any realized or perceived conflicts of interest with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE); materials tied to Musk-owned, -managed, -licensed, or -controlled companies or entities on whose boards he serves; and files on any federal contracts involving those entities.
