Introduced

Summary

Would congratulate the North Dakota State University Bison for winning the 2024 NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision title. It would note NDSU beat Montana State 35-32 in Frisco, Texas on January 6, 2025, record the program's 19th national championship and 10 titles in the last 14 FCS seasons, highlight a 186–21 record since 2011 and a 39-game win streak from 2017 to 2021, and credit head coach Tim Polasek, staff, student-athletes, university leaders, and fans for their roles and support.
