Companies lose court review of listings
This bill would make the Secretary of Defense's decision final when adding a company to the public list of Chinese military companies operating in the United States. If enacted, no other official or any court could review that decision, including mandamus actions. The change would take effect upon enactment. This would leave listed companies and their investors without judicial or administrative options to challenge listing decisions.
