Add the 74 names of the USS Frank E. Evans crew killed on June 3, 1969, to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall. This bill would require the Secretary of Defense to authorize their inclusion within one year, consult the Secretary of the Interior, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, and other authorities about wording and placement if space is limited, and exempt those actions from the Commemorative Works Act (chapter 89 of title 40, United States Code).
