More service academy slots for D.C. students
If enacted, the bill would raise how many District of Columbia applicants can be appointed to each service academy from 5 to 15. It applies separately to the Military Academy, the Naval Academy, and the Air Force Academy. That adds ten possible slots per academy for D.C. applicants. The bill does not say when the change would start.
