Remove federal protections for Yellowstone grizzlies

This bill would direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue the 2017 final rule that removed the Greater Yellowstone grizzly population from the federal endangered species list. The reissuance would have to occur within 180 days after the bill becomes law. The bill would require the reissuance be done "without regard to any other provision of law" that applies to that rule. It would also make the reissuance not subject to judicial review. If enacted, States, tribes, ranchers, hunters, tourism businesses, conservation groups, and local governments near Yellowstone could see changes in protections and lose the ability to challenge that delisting in court.
