Parole for military family members

If enacted, the bill would let certain noncitizen relatives of U.S. service members be paroled into the United States. Eligible relatives would include a spouse, widow or widower, parent, or child. Qualifying service members can be on active duty, in the Selected Reserve, or a former member with a non‑dishonorable discharge. Parole would be granted in one‑year increments and may be denied only if DHS, DOD, and VA jointly issue a written justification that DHS posts publicly without personal data.
