New AI oversight for FISA data

This bill would adopt the AI definition from the National AI Initiative Act. Within 120 days, the Attorney General and the Director of National Intelligence would submit a classified and an unclassified report. The report would list every AI use that has access to unminimized FISA information and describe system name, purpose, testing, training data, monitoring and human-review protocols, developers, when access began, and any FISC orders. The unclassified report would be posted on the Justice and ODNI websites and sent to the congressional intelligence committees, the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, and the presiding judges of the FISA courts. Before giving any new AI system access to unminimized FISA data, the Attorney General and DNI would notify the same recipients and provide a compliance assessment with FISA, FISC procedures, and other laws.
