Move Interior decisions to federal court

This bill would let parties in certain Interior Department adjudications move their case to U.S. district court. It would apply only to cases decided in the Departmental Cases Hearings Division or the Interior Board of Land Appeals. A covered party would have to file removal in federal court no later than 60 days after the action is initiated with the Department. If removed, the district court would review the case de novo, meaning a fresh review of law and facts under normal court rules.
