Suspend entry for certain noncitizens

If enacted, this bill would pause admitting certain people trying to enter the U.S. from Canada or Mexico starting the day it is enacted. A "covered alien" would be someone who tried to enter unlawfully, lacks required travel papers, and is being held at a port of entry or a Border Patrol station. While the pause is in place, covered aliens must be returned as rapidly as possible to their country of origin or the country they came from. The Secretary of Homeland Security could also transport these people on scheduled repatriation flights when there are empty seats.
