Blocks federal money for Executive Order 14160 to protect birthright citizenship. This bill would bar any appropriations or other funds from being used to carry out EO 14160 (90 Fed. Reg. 8449) or any successor executive order, regulation, or policy. It also affirms that birthright citizenship is guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment and by federal law in 8 U.S.C. 1401 et seq.
