Summary

Sets the procedural framework for the counting of electoral votes on January 6, 2025. It directs that at 1:00 p.m. the two Houses meet in the House Chamber and that the President of the Senate serve as the presiding officer. The resolution authorizes two tellers from each chamber, appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker, to open and read certificates and papers in alphabetical order of the States beginning with "A."
