Withdraw U.S. forces from Ukraine
This bill would tell the President to remove U.S. armed forces from hostilities in or affecting Ukraine. The removal would have to happen within 30 days after Congress adopts the resolution. The President could ask Congress for a later removal date and Congress could approve it. The withdrawal would not apply if Congress declares war or passes a law authorizing the use of force. The bill would also say the resolution does not itself authorize military force.
