The resolution would nullify Transmittal No. 24-118 and prohibit delivery of six CH-47F Block II Chinook helicopters with in-flight refueling and extended-range fuel tanks, associated T-55 engines, navigation and missile-warning systems, radios, machine guns, spare parts, training, and the listed logistics and support services.
