End emergency powers for global tariffs

If enacted, this resolution would end the national emergency declared on April 2, 2025 in Executive Order 14257 (90 Fed. Reg. 15041). The end would take effect on the day this resolution is enacted. It would stop the special trade and tariff powers tied to that emergency. Tariffs or rules issued only under that emergency would no longer apply. Import costs would fall where those charges end, and shoppers would pay less in those cases. Some U.S. producers would face more competition from imports.
