It notes about 31 million Latinas, roughly 1 in 6 women, and projects about 48.8 million by 2060, highlights roles in business, education, STEM, medicine, the arts, the military, and public service, cites a $1.3 billion contribution to U.S. GDP in 2021, points to disparities such as Latinas earning about 58 cents for every dollar paid to White non-Hispanic men, and urges continued investment to help Latinas realize their full potential.
