This resolution would recall Milgrim's academic and community work — a BS in environmental science from the University of Kansas, graduate degrees from American University and the United Nations University for Peace, choir and orchestra involvement, and her role beginning in fall 2023 as Director of Civil Society Affairs at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, D.C. It would denounce the targeted attack that killed her and Yaron Lischinsky and support the full prosecution of the person responsible.
