Koval of Mooresville, Indiana, Captain Curtis J. Angst of Wilmington, Ohio, and Master Sergeant Tyler H. Simmons of Columbus, Ohio and notes their assignments with the 99th Air Refueling Squadron at Sumpter Smith Joint Air National Guard Base and the 121st Air Refueling Wing at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base. It offers condolences to the Gold Star Families and asks the Secretary of the Senate to send an enrolled copy of the resolution to those two units.
