New AI resources for small businesses

This bill would have the National Institute of Standards and Technology develop or identify and share AI resources for “small business concerns” under the Small Business Act. The resources would be voluntary and technology-neutral, include case studies, and reference federal risk, privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks and relevant international standards. NIST would work with the Small Business Administration and its resource partners to share the materials with small businesses. NIST would review and update the resources within two years of enactment and at least every two years after. Within four years, NIST would report to Congress on the resources, feedback, and recommendations. All of this would depend on future funding from Congress.
