180-day review of sanctions on Azerbaijani officials

If enacted, the President would have to send Congress a report within 180 days. The report would decide whether 53 named Azerbaijani officials meet the rules for sanctions under the Global Magnitsky Act or section 7031(c). Each decision would need a detailed reason. The report would go to Senate Foreign Relations, Appropriations, and Banking committees, and to House Foreign Affairs, Appropriations, and Financial Services.
