Increasing Baseline Updates Act

Summary
More frequent, data-rich budget baselines by requiring regular updates from both the Congressional Budget Office and the President each year. This bill would push the CBO Director to supply multiple baseline updates and the President to provide early technical budget data for better year-to-year budgeting.
