Summary
Expands the advanced manufacturing production credit to cover high‑purity recycled copper. It would add copper produced from recycled materials that is purified to a minimum of 99.9 percent copper by mass to the list of eligible inputs under section 45X(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and would apply to components produced and sold in taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.

Tax credit for recycled copper
