Would bar members of the Chinese Communist Party and entities owned, controlled, or influenced by the Party from buying public or private real estate in the United States. It would require the President to take whatever actions are necessary to enforce that prohibition and defines the "United States" to include the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories.

This bill would direct the President to ban members of the Chinese Communist Party from buying U.S. real estate.
