Summary
Authorize the Medal of Honor for Robert Lodge. This bill would let the President award the Medal of Honor to Robert Lodge for acts of valor as an Air Force member on May 10, 1972, during the Vietnam War and would override the time limits in Title 10 that normally bar awards made long after service.
