VA rehab could cover flight training

This bill would let the VA approve non-college flight training as part of Chapter 31 rehab. You would need a service-connected disability and be in VA vocational rehabilitation. Your plan would have to be approved on or after August 1, 2025. The course must not be for college credit toward a degree. VA could approve this even if other rules might limit non-degree flight training.
