Extends deadlines for spending federal recovery and capital funds on broadband infrastructure. This bill would allow State Fiscal Recovery Fund and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund money to be spent on broadband projects through September 30, 2027. It would also allow Capital Projects Fund dollars for broadband projects to be expended prior to January 1, 2028. The change focuses on extending the window for using existing allocations and clarifying timing rules for broadband infrastructure under those three programs.
