Summary
Makes AI-generated campaign lies and fake fundraising explicitly illegal. This bill would amend the Federal Election Campaign Act to say content created in whole or in part with artificial intelligence counts as fraudulent misrepresentation or fraudulent solicitation of funds, and it would widen who the law covers so more actors can be held to those prohibitions.
