  • Congress would receive copies of documents, audio recordings, call logs, audit trails, written agreements, and other communications tied to four specified topics, delivered within 14 days of adoption.
  • Social Security beneficiaries and the public would see whether NUMIDENT or other SSA-held personally identifiable information was shared with nongovernmental organizations analyzing State voter rolls, with the Department of Homeland Security, or via third-party servers such as Cloudflare.
  • The executive branch and named individuals would be subject to requests for records about actions by DOGE, Elon Musk, members of his team, or coordinators to access, use, or transmit NUMIDENT or other PII, including a March 3, 2025 encrypted file and potential noncompliance with a March 20, 2025 temporary restraining order and an April 17, 2025 preliminary injunction.
