AN ACT To authorize an appropriation for repayment to the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District, a subdivision of the State of New Mexico, of the share of the said district's construction and operation and maintenance costs applicable to certain properties owned by the United States, situate in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, within the exterior boundaries of the district; to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to contract with said district for future operation and maintenance charges against said lands; to authorize appropriation for extra construction work performed by said district for the special benefit of certain Pueblo Indian lands and to authorize appropriation for construction expenditures benefiting certain acquired lands of Pueblo Indians of the State of New Mexico.
