AN ACT To amend section 602 (m) of the National Service Life Insurance Act of 1940 (Public, Numbered 801, Seventy-sixth Congress), as amended, to enable a person in active service in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard to secure such insurance effective as of date of application by advance of active service pay, and for other purposes.
